Chicken restaurant

Food was fresh n warm no complaints at all. But the staff again teenage high school girls at the counter. Very arrogant and completely careless n useless. Dine in area was very messy. I am giving 3 star only for food and chips, for the customer servicing I am giving 0 star.

Food is consistently poorly prepared. Food for delivery is not separated from drinks and chips are often thrown into the bag upside down. Resulting in cold squashed chips. How difficult is it to place chips into a bag the right way up?

10 minutes for cold chicken and chips. Worst service and would not recommend this place to anyone. No wonder they have a sign in the store saying please do not abuse our staff!!!- Reply to Red Rooster: sorry I never spoke with the manager and instead watched the processes one night while having dinner there.The issue seems to be pretty wide spread through fast food stores which aren't independently owned. Staff want to keep the times low for how long an order takes to be ready, so they make the order disappear and bring it back on the screen. Now they're worrying more about the next order coming up to 3 minutes and in a few cases they don't bring the order back at all... hmm I can see why you need signs saying please don't abuse our staff.Unfortunately with Red Rooster this needs to be tackled state wide as I personally think it causes far more issues than it does helping improve sales or the speed of service.Red Rooster hasn't really had any large steps forwards in the industry unlike the competition and unfortunately fails on most attempts to copy. I love Red Rooster and chicken treat but I can foresee a future where you will not be in my life unless things change in store and it has to start from the office.

Ordered and the staff got the order right, unlike KFC (who didn't have any chicken at 8.30pm on a Sunday night - due to an issue with their delivery)

I went into KFC for a good feed for dinner, I was very disappointed by the service the boy came across very rude, they didn’t have any zingers left and no potato and gravy. Like common who doesn’t have it, absolutely terrible. My popcorn chicken was mostly batter, my chips didn’t have seasoning, my chicken tenders were stale and cold disappointed tonight, never coming back here

Ordered 2 meals delivery to secret harbour, one main was missing, tried calling multiple times with no pick up, so I drove to warnbro to get my partners meal, and they made the meal with a chips in it. I asked what the policy on this was, and he said “we would usually give you a refund if you called, but because you came back we can make it for you, and there’s a chips in there.” What’s the point of delivery?! I’m not one to complain but this isn’t the first time it’s happened there. Pay attention to your orders, especially if it’s delivery. I’ll be choosing more reliable options for delivery from now on.

Ordered a salad and chicken roll. It definitely didn't look as appetising as the pictue but it tasted ok. However there was almost as much mayo on the outside of the roll as there was inside. So overall, taste was ok but appearance was definitely not good.

Gross. By far the worst KFC ever. Ordered a Zinger box, drive through at 1:20pm. Changed the potato and gravy to coleslaw which was never received. Chips were old and dry not crispy. Zinger bun was stale. Chicken wasn’t crunchy, coating was dry and had sat around for ages. Wings were soggy and tasted like old chicken. Clearly on a tight budget. I have been here a few times and this was terrible. The lack of respect for what your making and me as a customer is a clear sign the owners are nasty. I wish a rapid decline upon you, bankruptcy and famine. My disdain for you is as poisonous as your revolting chicken. Do something you love, easy to cook deep fried chicken is clearly not your thing!

This used to be our go to place. We would eat the fried rice for days afterwards but on our most recent order that changed. The fried rice was undercooked and flavorless. The Chicked was KFC level greasy and the cheese sauce was different in a bad way. Sad day for SLC fan’s.

This red rooster is awful. The food was cold and the potatoes were sloppy. It is completely ridiculous that you can not take one thing out of the combos and can’t choose how many chicken nuggets you get. NEVER COMING BACK!
