First aid station

Service is great, 3 stars is because there closed on a sunday. If your prescription is only allowed to be picked up from one place and it ends up being a sunday, you cant get them. Extremely frustrating for anybody fifo like myself or anyone unable to get it the week following. I suggest being open atleest for some period during a sunday!

Just had a course with Andreas, it’s my third time doing a first aid course but this was definitely the best, very informative and funny guy!! Wouldn’t have asked for a better session ! The man deserves a raise !!!

had a lovely greeting from lady when we got there (all smiley and happy. thank you)then it when down hill, the lady that took our prescription was so rude, like she was doing us a favour and demanded our medicare card I asked why as this never happens anywhere else and she kept saying you have not been here before?she was put out that she had to walk back to my partner as she was on crutches and had to sit down as it was taking ages. I'll never go here before. this woman needs to realise she just a check out chick, nothing more nothing less, exactly the same a working in cloths shop or woolworths. I'm over terrible service, I am the customer and YOU serve me...

Tara and nock were absolutely lovely. I can’t walk anymore in a wheelchair and needed an urgent transfer to ophthalmology at 8am on a sat and they were more than helpful. Two very lovely people who excel at their job. Would love them to get a letter of commendation

I found the pharmacist on duty today to be unhelpful, disinterested and just wanting payment and for me to leave.I will go to Pharmacy near Coles always from now on.Products are pricier too

Always happy, professional staff. When they know you they respectfully address you by your name. It's the only pharmacy I go to and I highly recommend them

Previously i had competed this course many times before, now a 4hr refresher entails you to spend 5hrs at the training centre and 5hrs trying to get the (newly updated) massive online quiz 100% correct.Fyi, dont be even 1 min late from your earlier than course time arrival as they wont let you in due to temp gun covid test and you will have to pay for a second enrolment plus lose your time.I personally feel they've gone completely over the top now, we are not training to become paramedics here.
