Highly recommend Pietrus! Had a pre purchase building and pest inspection done which was very detailed and Pietro was so easy to deal with and helpful in answering our questions and explaining everything. Fit us in within a couple of days and had the report back to us within a few hours even though it was 2 days before Christmas. Such good value and fantastic communication, amazing!

Julian is the best for pest control in Perth- prompt, cost effective, and the product they use certainly works. We noticed the next day dead roaches, spiders outside the home. We haven’t had any bugs since. Especially with my young kids, he was very understanding of the spiders in my sons room when we moved into the rental and took extra care in the kids room and offered to put extra solution to take care of the spiders. His friendly nature and professionalism is 10/10. Will use again.

My wife and I are currently working closely with Behan and the team at IBA to build our dream family home. On first impressions James was fantastic - friendly and seemed professional.He has checked 2 houses for us now and each report was detailed.We love that we can chat with him about anything issues and get his expert opinion.He checked the house we ended up purchasing and has documented a lot of items that have ended up costing thousands to repair.He mentioned some issues with a DIY roof install which cost $20K to replace and other more minor fixes. Although he disagrees the roof needed replacing it has cost us a full reroof as advised by two different roofers.He did also list doorstops missing and a crack to a bathroom basin.Honestly, he was a nice guy but it seems nobody can truly tell you 100% of what you are buying and there is no legal implications in WA for building inspectors that get it wrong. James has made every attempt to stay amicable and friendly throughout the entire process and this is a credit to his professionalism.

Pete is fantastic to work with me and is very professsional in his work. Pete carried out my house PCI inspsction in a detailed fashion with capturing every single items in his report and also explaining the criticality of each item. Pete's report was very through with all details presented in a professional manner. I will highly recommend Pete for anone looking for the house inspection. Lastly, Pete is a very down to earth person.

We went for the full comprehensive inspection, inclusive of the pool, and we're impressed with the thorough reports supplied. Christian identified a number of non-compliance issues, and the level of detail he went to when inspecting the entire property allowed us to go back to the seller and have a lot of expensive items repaired prior to settlement.Highly recommended!
